Preparation
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Toss potatoes, oil, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Lay one layer of potatoes on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef and potato seasoning together. Form into four patties.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes, or until the center cooks to 160° F.
