Easy Pork Tenderloin with Creamer Potatoes

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Season pork with two tablespoons salt and pepper to create a salt and pepper crust.

Place potatoes on a single layer on a plate and microwave for five minutes.

In a hot skillet, add butter and pork. Sear on all sides.

In a bowl, mix potatoes, apples, brown sugar, olive oil, and 1/2 tablespoon salt and pepper. Place all ingredients on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145° F.

Serve with a salad.
