These Garlic Potatoes with Parsley make a perfect side to any meal or as a great take-along to a potluck. Blushing Belle Little potatoes make this dish rich in fiber and potassium, with liver-boosting nutrition from lemon and parsley.

Preparation
Cut Little potatoes in half and add to a large bowl.
Add in olive oil, two tablespoons of the parsley, lemon juice, and garlic salt and toss to combine.
Add potatoes to a grill basket and grill over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes until fork tender (or roast at 400°F for 25 minutes in the oven).
Once cooked, transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the remaining parsley and a pinch of garlic salt to garnish.
