3 best ways to grill Little potatoes!

3 best ways to grill Little potatoes!

Even for the beginner, Little Potatoes are already very easy to prepare. (We pre-wash them, they’re uniform in size for even cooking, plus they’ve got delicate, thin skins, so there’s no peeling.) Grilling takes that to a new level of quick ‘n simple. Exactly what we all need more of nowadays, no?

With that in mind, here are our three favorite ways to grill Creamers. And a bonus, too: barbecuing sears the outside, sealing in the naturally buttery flavor and keeping them moist inside, crispy outside, while adding an appealing smoky nuance. Don’t forget to grease your grill first and read our top BBQing tips. Have at it!

1. In a tray

No Dishes Grilled Breakfast Casserole

Our Oven|Grill Ready Creamers come in their own tray that you can set right on the barbecue grate. Choose Onion Medley or Garlic Herb. And another thing: you can use the BBQ for breakfast, too (or “brinner”). Try this cheesy casserole with diced sweet peppers and onions, ham and eggs, and shredded cheddar, garnished with green onions. The best part: no pots and pans to scrub!

2. In a grilling basket

Easy Creamer Potatoes with Roasted Vegetables

Easy Creamer Potatoes with Roasted Vegetables make a delicious, colorful meal—just add a protein and you’re done. First, choose your favorite Oven|Grill Ready Creamers. Prepare the veggies as instructed and wrap in foil, making a tidy, sealed package. Roast on the cooler portion of the grill for 10 to 15 minutes until done, keeping warm until ready to serve. Super over the camp fire.

While the veggies are cooking, toss the Creamers in seasonings, drizzle with olive oil or butter, and cook in the grilling basket over medium heat, about 20 minutes. Once they are easily pierced with a fork, combine with the veggies in a serving bowl, add in mini fresh mozzarella balls and serve. Garnish with fresh garden herbs.

3. In foil

Barbecued Potatoes with Horseradish Sour Cream

Aluminum foil is every home cook’s dream. It works well, is pretty versatile and when you’re done, you can just toss it in the recycling bin. No dishes! Either wrap the Little Potatoes in a makeshift foil rectangle, well-sealed, or even better, use a foil tray. You’ll like tangy BBQ Potatoes with Horseradish Sour Cream because you basically set them on the grill and go. Hit the chaise lounge and read a magazine on the deck! This side pairs especially well with BBQ’d steak or hamburgers; herbed pork tenderloin and spice-rubbed or jerked chicken legs, too.
