Cooking from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Tara Noland is better known as Noshing with the Nolands. Her life time love of cooking and entertaining fuels her recipe ideas and sharing to her readers.
Her family of three includes her husband and teenage daughter. The Noland family is also big on animals and have Tara has always had a cat, dog, fish, frog, or guinea pig at one time or another. Currently their animal friends include an elderly lovable Shnauzer/Westie cross named Lola, a full of life cat named Pumpkin, and a new Yorkie puppy named Ziggy!
When it comes to Little potatoes, she says:
“I love the convenience of Little potatoes, as there is no need to wash or peel. Just dump and go to the pot, pan or barbecue.”

She is inspired by so many things, but mostly it is a great meal or appetizer at a restaurant or on TV that she wants to create at home.
