Crispy Air Fryer Potato Nuggets and Dips

Air Fryers are quickly becoming countertop staples, and this recipe for potato nuggets with a plethora of delicious dips is perfect for after school snacks and game nights alike. This recipe looks long and complicated, but that’s only because there are five different dip variations. Choose your favorite or a few favorites, and enjoy this crispy snack!

Preparation

Make the Potatoes:

Preheat Air Fryer to 375 °F.

In a shallow bowl combine flour, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Whisk in milk until smooth.

Place panko in a separate shallow bowl.

Working in batches, coat potatoes in batter then toss in panko until fully coated.

Place potatoes in Air Fryer and cook for 24 minutes, flipping halfway.

Either dip or toss crispy potatoes in desired sauce and enjoy.

To Make the Jerk Sauce:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

To Make the Maple Chipotle Sauce:

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and allow to thicken for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let cool before serving.

To Make the Chimichurri:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

To Make the Buffalo Sauce:

Slowly whisk hot sauce into melted butter, stir in garlic powder and paprika.

To Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:

In a sauce pot combine garlic, honey, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat then reduce to a simmer.

Combine water and cornstarch together until smooth.

Slowly whisk in cornstarch mixture to the sauce pot until combined.

Allow to simmer until thickened, 5 to 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
