Sweet and Spicy Air Fryer Potatoes

Sweet and Spicy Air Fryer Potatoes

Blushing Belle

An easy Air Fryer recipe using pre-boiled potatoes and tossed in a sauce of marmalade, brown sugar, tamari, and hot sauce. This recipe is meant for using up leftover boiled potatoes, or pre-prepped potatoes that you can store in the fridge and easily use in recipes all week long.

If starting with uncooked potatoes, place potatoes in a pot and cover with one inch of water. Bring water to a boil and cook for 20 minutes for fork tender potatoes and 25 minutes for fully cooked potatoes.

Preparation

In a bowl, combine potatoes with oil, honey, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Place potatoes in the Air Fryer and set it to 400 °F. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway.

While potatoes are cooking, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and let cook until thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.

Once potatoes are cooked, toss with sauce or keep sauce on the side for dipping.
