A Western spin on a classic Canadian poutine recipe with beef, cheese curds, and Creamer potatoes.

Preparation

Cook the Microwave-Ready Little Potatoes tray for five minutes. Set Garlic Parsley seasoning pack aside.

Press each of the potatoes gently to obtain mashed potato patties.

Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes for 3 to 4 minutes on each side to brown well. Cover the potatoes to keep them warm.

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the sauce.

In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the meat for one minute. Pour in the sauce and bring to a boil.

Top the potatoes generously with the cheese and beef, then add the sauce. Serve.
